Salon & Spa Policies
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee the full length of your service, however you will be responsible for payment in full.
All cancelations must be 24 hours before appointment.
We welcome walk-in customers after 2:00 pm Wednesday through Friday; however, if it is not convenient with our schedule you may have a waiting period or need to schedule an appointment. Tuesday and weekend hours are by appointment only.
Method of Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks or cash. We do not accept checks.
Our prices do not reflect gratuities. For those who wish to show appreciation, the industry averages are from 15%-20% of the service.
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase; with a receipt, for full refund or exchange, or up to 30 days for store credit only.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Lost/stolen gift cards cannot be replaced by the salon and cards expire 1 year from purchase date.
The salon is not responsible for personal belongings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Please call 414-534-9301 to book your party. A $100.00 non-refundable PayPal deposit by Visa or MasterCard is required to secure your party date over the phone. You may also come into our location to book your party on site. You will pay the balance less the deposit on the day of the party.
Generally the weekends fill up 8-10 weeks in advance. We are open Friday thru Sunday for parties. We recommend booking early to ensure you get the date of your choice. If your event is less than 8-10 weeks away, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All parties are by appointment only. You will have the entire salon and party area to yourself and your party guests during your scheduled party time. We do not have the space to accommodate parents or guardians of your party guests.
Please remind the parents and guardians of your party guests that this is a drop-off party event. We cannot accommodate the additional parents or guardians of the party attendees. We allow the parents or guardians (2 adults) of the birthday girl or boy to be in the salon and party area during the event. If you have a party guest under the age of 4 years, we have a waiting area for a parent or guardian to sit and wait for their child until the end of the party.
Yes, we do allow outside food or beverages in the party facility or you have an option of catering through one of our suggested in house caters. We have different options for food and pastries to suit almost everyone. Please ask for additional menu options when booking your party.
Generally, if the birthday child has an allergy, we ask the parent to bring in separate food for the child with allergies.
The make-up is put on with disposable q-tips and thrown out after use. The make-up is child appropriate and usually includes eye shimmer, blush, lip gloss and a fairy dust glitter star
We add 18% gratuity on all theme and spa parties. There is a 15% gratuity for spa services.
We prefer to have the final headcount & final party details one week (7 days) prior to the party.
You are welcome to videotape and take pictures. We also offer photo packages and can have your photos ready for you to take home the day of the party.
Yes, we have costumes for boys and offer the Paint, Play,& Party and Glow In the Dark Party themes created with boys in mind.
Your guest will have to join in the party while the party is in progress. They will still be charged the full amount. We will do our best to provide any missed services to any guest that arrives late.
If you are more than 20 minutes late past the start time of your party, a $30.00 late fee will be added to your package.
Please list the names of members in the party, (or guest) that you wish to schedule that day. Also indicate their role in the party (Guest of Honor, Hostess, or guest) with their service preference and the time they need to be completed by if a specific order is a concern.
